Freestak Endurance Sports Influencer Platform - Badge RunHere you will find all my adventures in the fitness sector. Although most of my posts will be based on running, I love to dabble into new sports such as, swimming, cycling, triathlons, hiking, basically anything that sounds fun and cool!

My fitness page is here to prove to those that feel that they can’t, can. No matter what size, what age, what time, what distance – everyone is welcome in the fitness industry. Whether you are just getting out and running a few metres, doing a 10 minute workout in the evenings, trying something new, to running a ultramarathon, doing an ironman or others – you are great, you deserve to be there and I hope you enjoy it.

I am a qualified level 1 kettlebell and level 3 personal training instructor, I hope to use this to educate, help & learn more about fitness.
